I am a 14 year old homeschooled entrepreneur who loves to bake and cook. My passion for sourdough has only grown since being introduced to it by a good friend. Unlike other baking, perfecting sourdough bread is a years long process and I have spent countless hours in the kitchen doing just that. I would be remiss if I did not give a shoutout to the one who makes this all possible--Mr. Bubbles my awesome sourdough starter. Just like any star of the show he is very well taken of. When I am not attending to Mr. Bubble's strong appetite, I enjoy reading books, playing baseball and beating up my brother--just kidding, it's all friendly combat (until he nabs a cookie I just made!), plus he's bigger than me.
